With over 20 years of clinical nursing experience, Michelle brings exceptional expertise and genuine passion to continence care - guiding every participant with confidence, clarity, and compassion.

Clinical Nurse Specialist - ContinenceMichelle is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with 20 years of experience across acute, perioperative, and complex community settings. She has held senior roles at St George Hospital, Sutherland Hospital, Sydney Southwest Private Hospital, Prince of Wales Private Hospital, and internationally at Great Ormond Street Hospital (Paediatrics). Recognised as Preceptor of the Year for her dedication to mentorship and education.
Today, Michelle specialises in delivering holistic clinical assessment services for individuals with complex health and support needs. Her practice focuses on comprehensive assessments that consider the person's physical, functional, psychosocial, and environmental needs, ensuring recommendations are practical, sustainable, and tailored to the individual's goals and circumstances.

"This program goes back to something deeply personal. My mother Rosemarie founded Night n Day in 1989. Around the same time, Rosie and Sally helped establish the Continence Foundation of Australia - and from day one, we were there, building alongside continence nurses. They shaped what we made and who we were as a company.
I have worked with continence nurses my entire life. This program is us continuing that tradition - the natural next step. I am incredibly excited about what we are building together and what it means for the people who need it most.
We are not taking nurses away from the industry. We are partnering alongside them - to open more avenues, reach more people, and make sure that everyone who needs support gets it."
