This pad is really good but if it was longer it would be so much better.
I will start by acknowledging that using Jockey as a foundation undie is a great start. However, they type of modification was not quite what I was looking for, however I have no doubt these work well with chaps who have a larger issue than me. I was hoping for something to replace the Tena pads, i.e. with the absorbancy in the front and part of the crotch, however having the padding extend up the posterior I find a tad uncomfortable. I might be heading to that need sometime in the future, but not at the moment. The product was good, but not for me. Having said that, I purchased level 2, so I might try an order with level 1 management and see if that is a bit more comfortable.

They are great but my daughter isn't a fan of them but worked well when she has them on
My daughter leeks through her pull up almost every night these have saved me of bed changing daily and she loves them not noise and stay in place
