I have had trouble for 10 years with constipation, fissures, piles, and many other bowel issues. I have never been able to fully control any of it until now. They absosorb so much liquid and you don’t feel the damp on your skin at all. They are also very comfortable and you can’t see that you have theses under your trousers /Shorts.
Only one criticism is it’s hard to know which is the front or the back I have made that mistake twice and have had very bad leaking is it possible for the manufacturers to put on the pad front and back or even front would do. But all in all 99% happy.
