A Nappy Cover with soft-elastic at the legs and waist to ensure a comfortable and secure waterproof protection against any moisture transfer. 

Similar to 'plastic' incontinence pants, however our unique waterproof material is amazingly soft, breathable, comfortable and does not rustle or make whilst active/moving/rubbing - all while remaining 100% waterproof.

Got these for nighttime wear. Most of the other options I have tried have failed either with loose legs or not enough coverage front and back. These pants are great. When I first tried them, they seemed too tight (biggest size available), but I have adjusted now and they feel nice and secure. The only thing I would prefer is that I could get them in White or Grey.
