Night N Day Comfort is an Australian owned and operated family run business who has been trading since 1989. We have both a factory outlet and an online fulfilment warehouse in Caringbah, NSW.

We manufacture and provide a complete range of incontinence products and solutions for those living with or caring for someone living with incontinence and/or a disability. We work as a team, value our employees and are passionate about what we do.

CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
FULL TIME & PART TIME (FULL TIME PREFERRED)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team, in a fast-paced, busy working environment.

What you will be required to do:

  • Front line customer service for incoming emails and calls
  • Provide product support to customers in a respectful, empathetic, and engaging manner
  • Process and follow up customer orders in a speedy manner

  • Liaison and support for internal warehouse in organising orders, providing order ETAs

  • Assist Managing Director and National Sales Director with generating new sales leads and general sales support

  • Following up enquiries and leads from our sales and marketing campaigns

  • Actively making suggestions to management with opportunities for company and systems improvement

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and Sales experience preferred but not essential

  • Previous experience within Medical and Healthcare industry desired but not essential

  • A solid understanding of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) would be beneficial

  • Strong team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive and motivated team

  • Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • A drive and passion for sales results and the ability to produce high quality work

  • Problem solver and solutions focused

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport 

  • Ability to show empathy and remain calm under pressure 

  • Tech-savvy, ability to pick up new systems quickly, experience with inventory systems 

  • A fantastic, can-do attitude and passion for helping others
