Purchased for my 90 year old father, who suffers badly from bed wetting at night. His bed had to be changed 1 to 2 times most nights. After purchasing the maxi absorbing pants (together with a slip in pad) my father hasn’t required a bed change, not even once. This pillowcase is a life saver! I bought it for my mother in law, who has excess saliva due to her medications, she no longer drenches her pillow and pillowcase when she drools at night. These are excellent. Having these used over my night time continence aids means no more wet nights. They are a great fit (I am a grown man and use size XL). They are easy to wash and dry and are sturdy, still looking brand new after many washes. Highly recommend!

These products are great and when used with the insert provide good protection. They make travelling easier as I don't need to take bulky traditional nappy type products.
