I purchased these on the recommendation of my son's Continence consultant was was unsure as I didn't want my adult son to wear pilchers. However, his support workers love them and my son loves them! They assist in containment and hold up his pull up pads, so they now don't fall down.

My daughter occasionally wets the bed and so these undies have been a life saver!! Wish I'd thought about these earlier.
